Day Trading - beginners guide
|

Stock
Day Trading with the SureFireThing Camarilla Equation and with individual
securities - is it possible?', The answer, in our humble opinion
is yes. The system works equally well for ANY liquid instrument,
be it a stock, a futures contract, a currency, an option or
other instrument, and that of course includes stock day trading.
The key is that the instrument is liquid (i.e. traded in good
volume). We would advise against stock day trading with smaller
securities ('penny stocks') as their prices are too easy for
the big players to push around.

Day Trading - an example
|
|
As an
example, lets's take a look at Dell, on the 20th May 2003:-

As you
can see, the 'L3' levels suggested by the SureFireThing Camarilla Equation picked the high and low for the day almost exactly.
There are any number of straightforward stock day trading
plays here, including short from just after 10am, long from
13:30 or thereabouts, and more, as discussed in the stock
Day Trading course.

Day Trading - another example
|
|
Here's
another stock day trading example from the same day - this
time, a beginner's trade in Vodafone.

The Camarilla
{B} level shown by the red line is the 'Go Long' level, and
as you can see, it marks an extremely significant price level
for this stock. Armed with the knowledge of where that level
is the day before, do you think you could have traded that
day to a straightforward profit? Stock Day Trading doesn't
get much simpler than this!

Whether you trade
100 shares or 1000 shares, Stock Day Trading has never been easier
than with the levels suggested by the SureFireThing Camarilla Equation.
